What to know about your catalog, referrals, and working with Connect.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
On the Standard plan, you pay 10% per completed booking referred through Everywhere App: an 8% referral commission and a 2% Connect platform fee. There are no setup or monthly fees.
What does each fee cover?
The referral commission covers bringing travelers to your booking channel. The Connect platform fee covers catalog extraction, referral tracking, and sales reconciliation. Both charges are shown separately on your statement.
Does pricing change between plans?
The referral commission and attribution window vary by plan. The Connect platform fee stays at 2% across all plans.
Do I pay if I receive no referred bookings?
No. Fees apply only to completed referred bookings. There is no fixed charge or monthly minimum to keep your account active.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan. Contact the Connect team to review the available options and terms.
Catalog and bookings
What is the difference between Everywhere App and Everywhere Connect?
Everywhere App is where travelers discover your tours. Everywhere Connect extracts your catalog from your website and gives you the tools to manage it, track referred sales, and review results.
Do I need to upload my tours manually?
No. Connect extracts your tour catalog from your website. You review the extracted tours before they become available to travelers.
Can I review and edit my catalog?
Yes. You can review your extracted tours and manage their information in Connect.
Where do travelers book and pay?
Travelers complete their bookings and pay you through your own website or booking channel. Everywhere App helps them discover your tours and refers them to you.
Referral tracking
How are referred bookings tracked?
A tracking snippet on your website links referrals and completed bookings to your account, according to the attribution window in your plan.
Is tracking set up automatically when my catalog is extracted?
No. Catalog extraction and referral tracking are separate steps. A tracking snippet needs to be added to your website so Connect can attribute referred sales.
Do I need technical help to set up tracking?
You need access to add a code snippet to your website. Depending on your website and booking platform, you may need help from the person who manages them. Our team supports you through setup.
How do I know tracking is working?
Connect verifies that the tracking snippet reports correctly before your catalog is activated to receive referrals.
What happens if I change my website or booking platform?
Tracking needs to be checked on the new setup and may need to be reinstalled. Contact the Connect team to validate it before relying on it to record referred sales.
Applying and eligibility
Who can become a partner?
Tour and activity operators offering their own experiences can apply. Each application is reviewed individually.
Do I need a website and a booking channel?
Yes. Connect extracts your tours from your website, and travelers need a booking channel where they can complete their purchase and pay you.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed manually, typically within 1–3 business days. Approval is followed by tracking setup, acceptance of your partnership agreement, and catalog review before activation.
Is there a minimum sales commitment?
No. You can apply without committing to a minimum sales volume.
Can I keep selling through other channels?
Yes. The partnership is non-exclusive. You can keep selling directly and through platforms such as Viator or GetYourGuide.
Billing and support
When am I billed?
At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you receive an invoice for the fees associated with completed referred bookings. You can review attributed sales in Connect.
What currency is used for billing?
Billing and fee payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Who can help me with setup or an issue?
Contact the Connect team for help with your catalog, tracking setup, or account. The team supports you throughout the integration process.
